A yoga session for us both

I met Sam through her community yoga sessions. My partner and I are in our 50’s ,we wanted a class we could do together.We have both been very active in the past and our bodies needed some tlc .
Sams classes have help to build our strength ,flexibility and confidence over the months , the classes are tailored to meet each individual where they are at with support and encouragement.
If you are looking for an inclusive environment to practice yoga , build your strength and confidence this is the one for you .We enjoy it so much it is now protected part of our weekly timetable .

Yoga for your body and your soul

Yoga with Sam helps to balance mind and body. It helped me to fight stress and fatigue. I always leave class feeling lighter, more flexible, and mentally refreshed. I attend Thursday's classes for 6 months now and I can definitely see the results. My body is stronger and I feel more control over it. I recommend yoga with Sam to everyone, you don't have to be super stretchy as we have mixed ability class.

Friendliest Yoga Class

I have been coming to Sam’s Thursday group for about a year now. It is the friendliest group with mixed abilities. Sam works with us in a group as well as individually when we move into peak poses. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a ‘no ego’ yoga class
